How to install third-party applications

on Fitbit Versa 4 and Sense 2

As you might already know, Fitbit (Google) officially removed support for third-party applications in the public App Gallery for the Versa4 and Sense2.

However, we have found a workaround so you can still easily install and enjoy our apps on your smartwatch, here are three simple steps to do it:

Step 1: Choose Your App

Browse our website, select the application or clock face you want, and click the [1h Trial] button.

Step 2: Open the Private Link

The official Fitbit private gallery link for our app will open in your smartphone's browser, you will see a banner stating: (Available to install from the Fitbit app), simply tap the [OPEN APP] button.

Step 3: Install on Your Watch

The Google Health (Fitbit) app will automatically open on your phone, displaying the app details in the Fitbit Gallery, just tap [INSTALL] and let the sync complete.

Important for Europe:

Due to local regulatory restrictions, Google strictly blocks the [INSTALL] button (making it appear grayed out) for users physically located in some regions in the European Union, if it's the case, you can't unfortunately install our apps.

To be clear with you:

In order for your Versa4 or Sense2 to accept third-party applications, we have modified the code by adding (hera) which is the internal code name of the Versa 4 and (rhea) which is the internal code name of the Sense 2 in the package.json file in the app, by installing our applications you consent to these modifications.
